Manufacturing usually takes 7 – 10 working days after your order becomes confirmed, (allowing 48 hours for you to change or cancel your order)

Delivery then takes 1 – 4 days.

Once the order is completed, we will contact you to advise dispatch and tracking details.

We usually send direct to the customer’s delivery address, however, for some orders ( i.e. larger than deliverable by courier or to outlying areas) Blinds Online NZ may at its discretion choose to deliver to a carrier’s depot close to the customer.  We will advise you accordingly.

If we try to deliver you while you are out, a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time, or call and collect the blinds yourself.

Blinds online NZ is a blind supplier only. Measuring and installation is straightforward. If you need any more information, please contact us at info@blindsonlinenz.co.nz  and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.

Should you need help with measuring or installation, we suggest you look at our guides provided on our site and if you require further assistance you could contact a local handy person.  In the past some of our customers have used their local Hire-a-Hubby.

Blinds Online NZ does not offer measuring services. We are a 100% online website only.  Measuring is very straight forward and we are more than happy to supply free samples to help you make your decisions. The colours on our website may appear different on different screens. The best way to be confident in your colour choice is by ordering samples (click here). They are free of charge.

All of our blinds are delivered FREE New Zealand wide, usually to the customer’s delivery address.  However for some orders ( i.e. larger than deliverable by courier or to outlying areas or islands) Blinds Online NZ may at its discretion choose to deliver to a carrier’s depot close to the customer.

Once the order is received a confirmation email will be sent to you.

All the blinds we supply are made in our own factory right here in NZ.

Standard square drive (No.1) screws are supplied with each order. You may need to use different screws depending on where and how you are fixing the blinds. If you need advice contact us on info@blindsonlinenz.co.nz

Assuming the colour has not been discontinued the colours will be a very close match, however, batch colours may differ slightly. We suggest that to be completely sure all blinds should be ordered at the same time.

Wipe blind with a damp cloth (suggest a microfibre cloth) as needed to remove dust. Spot clean gently with a “just” damp cloth. Do not use a coloured cloth. In case of stains, use a solvent free cleaner such as dishwashing detergent. In extreme cases blinds can be removed, washed and dried.
